SAD Support Group Info

Support Groups can be a very valuable resource to get information, meet others with similar difficulties and to be a part of a supportive community. With regards to social anxiety disorder (SAD), this can be an especially useful resource.

Most group situations can be a very challenging and anxiety provoking experience for someone with SAD. However they also offer a beneficial resource especially because they can be difficult and daunting, as they allow individuals to relate and interact in a more comfortable and accepting environment.
